Man in Arzamas jailed for offensive jokes

In the city of Arzamas, a local resident was detained for making indecent and offensive jokes in a public place. This was reported by Pravilamag.

It is noted that he made jokes using foul language among a group of people in a public place. According to eyewitnesses, despite the protests of passers-by, the man continued to use offensive expressions and behaved rudely and indecently.

Law enforcement authorities charged him under the “petty hooliganism” article. The man admitted his guilt and expressed regret. The court sentenced him to three days of administrative arrest.
