A traffic accident occurred near Niagara Falls. According to BBC, a bus carrying tourists to New York went off the road and overturned.
As a result of the incident, five people, including one child, died, and dozens of passengers sustained injuries of varying degrees. It is reported that there were a total of 52 people on the bus.
New York State Police did not rule out the possibility that the death toll may increase.
According to local authorities, the injured are receiving medical and translation assistance, since most of the victims are tourists from India, China, and the Philippines.
The reason why the bus went off the road has not yet been determined. Witnesses stated that the vehicle lost control, went into the opposite lane, and eventually overturned.
