45 Afghans legally entered Germany with visas

On September 1, Germany accepted another group of Afghan citizens. According to “Deutsche Welle,” 45 Afghans with the right to enter the country arrived through Hanover Airport.

According to the information, they departed from Pakistan’s capital Islamabad, had a stopover in Istanbul, and finally reached Germany.

A representative of the German Ministry of the Interior emphasized that these individuals had received visas based on court decisions. Therefore, they successfully passed entry and security checks.

“All Afghans have fully undergone the necessary admission and security checks,” said the ministry representative.

According to official data, more than 2,100 Afghans are currently residing in Pakistan. They all claim to have entry visas to Germany and are waiting for their turn to fly. Some families have been forced to stay in Islamabad for months or even years.

Officials believe that this process is part of Germany’s humanitarian policy and opens new opportunities for people at risk.
