A very terrible and painful incident was recorded in the Almaty region of Kazakhstan. According to KTK TV, a powerful explosion occurred at the metal receiving point in the village of Boyserke. Unfortunately, three workers died as a result of the incident. It was reported that all of them were citizens of Uzbekistan.
The owner of the checkpoint, Amirbek Sherbayev, said that the tragedy occurred in a rented room. According to him, dangerous devices were also found among the iron brought by unknown individuals.
"There is a foundry in the back. Perhaps anti-tank mines or similar damaging devices were mixed in. The metal was bought at a low price, and they themselves didn't know what items they were bringing. "I think the iron belonging to the Ministry of Defense was also mixed in, and there were unused mines among them," he said.
Criminologists and specialists from the Ministry of Defense are currently working at the scene. The area is completely closed, no one is allowed in. The identities of the deceased have been established, but their names have not been disclosed in official information.
According to the official representative of the Department of Internal Affairs of Almaty region, Yernar Saidildin, a criminal case has been opened in connection with this incident:
"Police have initiated a criminal case regarding the tragic explosion at one of the metal collection points in the Ili district. "As a result of the explosion of an unknown object, three people died, and their bodies were found at the scene," he said.
Currently, all circumstances and causes are being investigated. This terrible event caused great grief and anguish not only in Kazakhstan, but also in our country.
