Judge Steven Merridey stated that the documents submitted by Trump contain serious violations, the essence of which is not sufficiently clearly stated. Based on the court decision, the defendant must be fully informed of the true reason and content of the claims.
"The court petition is not a platform for insulting an opponent or launching a fierce attack on them," the judge said. At the same time, he gave Trump 28 days to finalize his application and amend it in accordance with the requirements of the law.
