Russian missile damages embassies in Kyiv

As a result of Russia’s night missile attack on Kyiv, the Polish embassy and the European Union delegation were damaged, DW reports.

According to the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the missile fired by Russia hit the roof of the embassy in Kyiv and fell into the kitchen area. Ministry spokesperson Pavel Wronski emphasized that no one was injured, all staff are safe, and the embassy continues its work as usual.

Additionally, due to the large-scale night attack on the Ukrainian capital, the EU delegation also suffered damage. According to the EU ambassador to Ukraine, Katarina Maternova, cars in the parking area were damaged, but no one was harmed.

The embassies in Kyiv continue to operate after the attack, but the threat remains.
