In Vietnam, Typhoon Bualoi brought strong winds and rain, killing at least 13 people and injuring 46. Several people are missing.
The typhoon struck the coast, destroyed houses, cut power lines, and flooded roads. By evening, it weakened and moved toward Laos.
According to the government, more than 44,000 houses were damaged, and thousands of hectares of crops were submerged. Tens of thousands of families were left without electricity.
The Prime Minister mobilized emergency services. Experts warn that the risk of heavy rain and flooding remains.
