In Russia, the shortage of gasoline has intensified in recent weeks. Long queues have formed at gas stations in many regions of the country, and in some places there is no fuel at all.
According to Reuters, the main reason for this situation is Ukrainian drone attacks on oil refineries. As a result of the attacks, at least seven factories ceased operations, which led to a decrease in production volumes and a shortage of fuel in the domestic market.
The Russian government has imposed a temporary ban on gasoline exports to ensure domestic supply. But even these measures did not eliminate the gasoline shortage. Especially independent gas stations are closing and ceasing operations.
According to the data, the price of AI-92 gasoline reached a record level - 73,200 rubles per ton. In Crimea, prices have been frozen, and gasoline sales are restricted: drivers are not being given more than 20 liters of fuel at a time.
