The UK real estate company Savills Plc has released the results of its ranking of the most prestigious and livable cities for the wealthy. In 2025, Dubai took first place on this list, surpassing London, New York, and Singapore.
Experts emphasize that Dubai's leadership is explained by its financial stability, developed infrastructure, and high standards of living.
