In China, the cat survived after being washed in the car for 10 minutes

A Chinese woman from Jiangsu province was washing a cat in a car. The pet spent ten minutes inside the drum, reports the South China Morning Post.

The owner of the cat nicknamed Jintiao said he found the pet while she was taking out clothes from the washing machine. He also posted a caption depicting a cat, which was common among Chinese users, immediately after the incident.

The video shows a red-nosed, wet, and trembling cat stumbling towards its owner. Later, the woman said that Jintiao did not get injured after washing clothes. The only consequence of the incident was minor injuries to the toes.

Users criticized the homeowner for irresponsible treatment of the pet. In response to the criticism, the cat's owner promised to be careful when using a washing machine from now on.

Meanwhile, in Canada, the cat escaped from its owners during a trip and survived in the mountains for five months.
