Russia: peace talks on Ukraine are moving forward

Russia said that there is slow but steady progress in talks aimed at resolving the situation around Ukraine. This was stated by Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova.

According to her, the talks are mainly being held with the United States, and although the process is difficult, dialogue is continuing. The Russian side says an agreement can be reached through negotiations.

At the same time, Zakharova said that some Western European countries are hindering the negotiation process. She noted that such actions harm efforts to achieve peace.

Russian officials stated that they support resolving the conflict without the use of force, through political and diplomatic means. The country expressed hope that the talks will continue.
