According to the publication "Novaya Gazeta Europe," the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, intends to personally participate in the meeting of the State Council, which is planned to be chaired by Russian President Vladimir Putin. Therefore, he arrived in Moscow on December 24.
However, on the night of December 24-25, Kadyrov's health deteriorated sharply. According to sources, he was urgently transported by ambulance to the Central Clinical Hospital of the Presidential Administration.
It turned out that no backup option is provided for the participation of a representative of Chechnya in the meeting of the State Council. Therefore, this meeting was held without the head of the republic.
A source close to Kadyrov said that doctors in Moscow barely managed to stabilize his condition. After that, he returned home, but has hardly been seen in public since then.
Previously, "Novaya Gazeta Yevropa," citing sources, reported that the Chechen leader's health was deteriorating daily. Another source in the publication commented that "there is almost no hope for a positive outcome."
