Earlier, videos circulated on the internet showing Russian deputy, former heavyweight world champion Nikolay Valuyev, allegedly commenting that "Russia has pursued a soft policy towards the former Soviet republics for 30 years, and now it is necessary to take strict measures against them."
Valuyev stated that these footage are not true and that the video was completely reworked and deliberately distributed. According to him, the video was made using artificial intelligence, and the sentences in it could have been distorted or created "as desired" from beginning to end.
The deputy emphasized that the purpose of such content is simple - to incite hatred on the internet. Valuyev noted that information in video format is often aimed at convincing the viewer, therefore such tools as artificial intelligence remain "convenient" for manipulation. He also emphasized that it is now possible to create video and film products using technology without human intervention, with the difference being that such opportunities are now open to the general public.
