Projects for skyscrapers over 500 meters high will be considered in Petersburg

The project for the planning and demarcation of the territory for the construction of the "Lakhta-2" and "Lakhta-3" skyscrapers has been submitted for anti-corruption expertise, RBK Petersburg reports.

We are talking about the territory located at the boundaries of Vysotnaya, Bobilskaya, Vodnaya and Beregovaya streets, and Plyazhnaya and Polevoy streets.

The maximum design deadline is 2026 and construction is scheduled for completion no later than 2033.

In addition to offices, high-rise buildings house public catering establishments, sports and cultural facilities, such as swimming pools, museums, exhibition halls, galleries, and gyms.
