Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Russia is providing military assistance to Iran. He noted that Ukrainian intelligence has already identified the presence of Russian technologies and components in some drones used by Iran.
According to the president, this situation indicates that military cooperation between Moscow and Tehran continues to a certain extent. Ukrainian special services note that some of the technical components and technologies in the drones may have been developed in Russia.
At the same time, Zelenskyy emphasized that Iran is not currently supplying Russia with missiles or other heavy weapons for the purpose of striking against Ukraine.
The Ukrainian leader touched upon another important issue and expressed his country's readiness to assist partner countries in the Middle East. He said that Kyiv could share its experience in combating Iranian "Shahid" drones.
Ukraine also expressed its readiness to send specialists to provide advice or technical assistance in this area if necessary. Zelenskyy noted that such cooperation serves to strengthen security in the region.
