Although it was officially announced as a "concept," judging by the body shape and design elements, it turned out that the car was almost ready for serial production. Changes in appearance are distinguished not only by modernity, but also by aesthetic orientation in a sporty style.
Among the aspects that attracted the attention of designers, pixel-shaped daylight fixtures, a "duck-tailed" spoiler, and a line of flexible windows stand out. These elements gave Corolla an unprecedented sporting spirit.
Interestingly, the location of the fuel tank in the front of the car suggests the possibility of using an electric or hybrid system. According to experts, Toyota has not yet made a unanimous decision on switching to full electricity. The company could also retain the internal combustion engine version, as the Corolla name is one of the most popular and well-known brands in Toyota's history.
Therefore, the manufacturer may not rush to present the model only as an electrical option. With this decision, the company intends to combine both traditional and modern technologies.
The new Corolla model will be officially presented on October 29, 2025, as part of the Japan Mobility Show in Tokyo. During the event, Toyota representatives will provide detailed information about the vehicle's technical characteristics, power system, and which type of engine - hybrid or fully electric - is used.
Car industry analysts emphasize that the new Corolla will play an important role in the company's "transition period" strategy. It not only tests new technologies but also performs the task of reconstructing the classic model in a modern form.
