A former AvtoVAZ engineer, known on social media as KhaDm, has published the first live photos of the updated UAZ Patriot SUV on his Telegram channel. According to insider information, this prototype has covered only 200 kilometers. This is reported by Ixbt.com reports .
Under the hood of the new model is a 150 hp ZMZ Pro gasoline engine. It is also expected that a 2.0-liter diesel engine providing 136 hp will be offered to buyers as an alternative option.
The changes in the vehicle's interior are noteworthy. KhaDm notes that the new UAZ Patriot model features a multi-stage front seat heating system, a heated leather steering wheel, climate control, and a button to activate the special "OFF ROAD" mode.
The expert points out that the climate control system is currently a unique feature not even found in AvtoVAZ models. Sales of the updated SUV are expected to begin this year, but official pricing information has not yet been disclosed.
