A beloved star of Indian cinema, 42-year-old Katrina Kaif became a mother for the first time. His wife, actor Vicky Kaushal, gave birth to a son on November 7, 2025, according to India Today.
Katrina Kaif shared this joyful news with fans on her Instagram page:
"A part of us, our joy, has come into the world! With boundless love and gratitude, we announce the birth of our son. Katrina and Viki," the actress wrote.
Vicky Kaushal's brother, Sonny Kaushal, also confirmed the news. She shared her joy with fans by writing "Mayin chacha ban gaya" ("I've become an uncle") on her page.
Rumors about Katrina Kaif's pregnancy had emerged several months earlier, in September. Although the couple remained silent about this, fans had previously noticed it from the actress's photos and interviews.
Katrina Kaif is considered one of Bollywood's most popular and beloved actresses. She is known worldwide for her roles in films such as Spies, Speed, and Ek Tha Tiger. In December 2021, a ceremonial wedding took place with Vicky Kaushal, based on a traditional Hindu ceremony in the state of Rajasthan.
For information, Katrina Kaif was born in 1983 in Hong Kong to Indian Muhammad Kaif and English-born Suzanne Turcott. She began her modeling career at the age of 14, entering the film industry through the 2003 film Boom.
Viki Kaushal was born in 1988 in Mumbai. He graduated from Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology and made his screen debut in 2012 with the film Vasseypur Gangs.
Interestingly, Katrina Kaif, along with Shahrukh Khan, was included in the Guinness Book of Records as the richest actress in 2013. His annual income at the time was approximately US$10 million.
