Why does Otabek Mahkamov frequently use the word “befarosat”?

Otabek Mahkamov was a guest on the “O‘zimizning gap” show, where he shared interesting thoughts about his social media videos. During the conversation, host Feruzabonu specifically addressed the word “befarosat” (thoughtless/tactless), which is frequently used in his content.
The host asked: “You often film your videos in crowded places — on the street, at weddings, and other venues. If someone runs past you, you call them ‘befarosat’. What is the reason for this?”
In response, Mahkamov slightly denied this claim. He stated that he tries to film in secluded areas with fewer people whenever possible. He even uses assistants during the filming process to politely ask people to walk around.
“Despite this, some people still walk through. What should I say in such a situation — should I say ‘well done’? Of course not. That is why I say ‘befarosat’,” he explained.
This opinion was widely discussed on social media. In the comments, the majority of users supported Mahkamov's position, emphasizing that one should approach the filming process with respect.
