🔸 Any preferential or special customs clearance procedures will be abolished in the process of determining customs value.
In addition, the procedure for mandatory state registration of goods with a high level of risk will be abolished. A procedure for issuing a declaration of conformity to confirm their safety will be introduced.
Starting from May 1, 2025, registration of the declaration of conformity with certification bodies will be abolished, and this process will be carried out electronically, through the Technical Regulation Information System (TRIS).
