According to the Uzbekistan Central Bank, the price of gold bars has reached a record level for the 41st time since the beginning of 2025, UZ24 reported.
As of October 14, the price of 1 gram gold bar was 1,662,760 soums. This means an increase of 42,080 soums or 2.6 percent.
The indicators for bar prices are as follows:
– 5 grams — 8,314,000 soums
– 10 grams — 16,628,000 soums
– 20 grams — 33,255,000 soums
– 50 grams — 83,138,000 soums
– 100 grams — 166,276,000 soums
The price of a five-gram gold bar has exceeded 8.3 million soums for the first time. In 9.5 months, prices have increased by 46.85 percent, and compared to the same day in 2024, they have risen by almost 48.5 percent.
In the world market, the price per troy ounce of gold has exceeded 4.1 thousand dollars.
