The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan has set new values for foreign currencies against the Uzbek som as of March 27, 2026. According to updated data, only the US dollar has shown an increase among major foreign currencies.
The official rate of the US dollar increased by 8.26 som, reaching 12,179.87 som. In today's trend, the dollar was the only currency to record a rise.
A decline was observed in the euro rate. This currency decreased by 23.41 som and was set at 14,117.85 som. The Russian ruble also continued to fall, dropping by 1.94 som and equalling 149.80 som.
The British pound sterling fell significantly, dropping by 39.99 som to reach 16,306.31 som. Additionally, the Swiss franc decreased by 97.6 som to stand at 15,407.10 som. The Chinese yuan fell by 6.16 som and the Japanese yen by 0.28 som, recording values of 1,763.92 som and 76.60 som respectively.
