Caffeine-containing drinks

This could be your favorite coffee, tea, or energy drinks throughout the day. All of them contain caffeine, and it quickly constricts blood vessels, which is known to cause headaches. Studies have shown that people suffering from chronic migraine felt significant relief after stopping caffeine.
Frozen products

Frequent consumption of ice cream after physical activity or while sweating, drinking cold lemonade or smoothies can cause headaches. Refrigerated products send a signal to the nervous system, causing a sharp discomfort called "ice pain."
Salted foods and pickles

Salty foods increase blood pressure, which is one of the main factors in the exacerbation of migraines and headaches. In particular, processed pickles containing various preservatives can be twice as dangerous to health. Such products cause water retention in the body, increase blood pressure in the vessels, and consequently accelerate pain.
