The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan has established new exchange rates for foreign currencies against the soum, effective from April 30, 2026. According to it, a downward trend was observed across all major currency units.

The US dollar exchange rate decreased by 54.41 soum, amounting to 11,974.79 soum. The European currency also showed a decline, dropping by 57.63 soum to reach 14,008.11 soum.

The Russian ruble fell by 0.62 soum and was set at 159.64 soum. The British pound sterling depreciated by 57.83 soum, falling to a value of 16,170.76 soum.

Additionally, it can be seen that the Swiss franc decreased by 76.55 soum, the Chinese yuan by 7.35 soum, and the Japanese yen by 0.46 soum. The Central Bank has designated these rates as the basis for accounting and statistical reporting.
