Farmer caught selling land in Kushepada

The head of a farm engaged in the production of agricultural products in the Kushtepa district misled the buyer by convincing him that the 3.7 hectares of land on this farm were 7 hectares.

This farmer promised the buyer to register the land in his name and demanded 20 thousand US dollars and 100 million soums in return.

During an urgent operation conducted in cooperation with officers of the State Security Service and the Department for Combating Economic Crimes, he was detained while receiving 15 thousand dollars of the agreed amount of money through a third party.

A criminal case has been initiated on this case, and investigative actions are being carried out consistently and rigorously. Investigators are taking all necessary measures to establish these details and bring the perpetrator to justice.

This incident once again demonstrates the importance of legality in farming and protecting the rights of buyers. Local residents and investors should be alert to such situations and beware of illegal activities.
