New types of financial assistance will be introduced for citizens

The presidential decree “On additional measures to improve the system of allocating financial assistance to attract the population to entrepreneurship and ensure employment” was adopted.

To implement the tasks set out in the “From Poverty to Prosperity” program, the following new types of financial assistance will be introduced:

• Subsidies of up to 10 times the minimum wage for citizens who have served a sentence of deprivation of liberty for the implementation of specific projects in areas such as entrepreneurship, architecture, and handicrafts;
  
• Interest-free loans for up to 3 years for entrepreneurs who hire unemployed citizens or members of poor families who want to be self-employed to replenish their working capital in the amount of up to 10 times the minimum wage for each hired minimum wage;
  
• Interest-free loans for up to 50 times the minimum wage for members of poor families to purchase equipment necessary to start their own business for a period of 6 months to 3 years;
  
• Interest-free loans for up to 200 times the minimum wage for farmers' farms with a grace period of 6 months for the organization of farming and gardening for poor families to drill water wells, purchase pumping units, install drip irrigation systems, and lay electricity networks;
  
• Grants of 3 times the minimum wage, but up to 30 times the minimum wage, for each poor family, to entrepreneurs who, based on the specialization and driver areas of the neighborhoods, have shared their experience with up to 10 poor families and helped them gain a permanent source of income.
