Temperatures are expected to drop sharply next week

The weather is expected to change dramatically across Uzbekistan, the Uzhydromet agency reported.

On February 24-27, humid and cold air masses will enter the territory of the republic. Occasional precipitation will be observed in the regions, in some places it will be heavy.

Rain will fall, turning into snow on February 25-27. Snow will fall from time to time in the north. In some places, the wind speed may increase to 15-20 meters/second, sometimes up to 23-25 ​​meters/second.

By February 26-27, the air temperature will drop to 0…–5 degrees at night, –6…–9 degrees in the north, and 0…+5 degrees during the day.

Earlier, it was reported that very warm weather is expected to persist in most parts of Uzbekistan over the weekend, and on Saturday and Sunday, the temperature in most regions will be +3…+8 degrees at night, +15…+20 degrees during the day, and in some places up to +22 degrees.
