Alimony is collected by court order from a parent who fails to voluntarily support their underage children, reported the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement under the Ministry of Justice.
According to a decision by the interdistrict court of Gulistan, a writ of execution was issued to collect alimony from citizen M.K. for the support of his two underage children. The enforcement process was carried out by the Boyovut district office of the Bureau.
Due to the debtor evading payment and hiding from authorities, he was declared wanted by the state executor. As a result of search operations, the debtor was found and the full debt of 99,922,000 UZS (approximately ninety-nine million nine hundred twenty-two thousand soums) was recovered.
The Bureau emphasizes that the interests of minors are under constant special supervision.
