7th grader caught dancing in nightclub in Khorezm - action taken against those responsible

The Khorezm regional Department of Internal Affairs announced that a 14-year-old schoolgirl was caught dancing during raids on nightclubs in the city of Urgench. This incident attracted the attention of the general public and law enforcement agencies.

The consequences of unsupervised age and carelessness

As reported, during raids conducted by officers of the Criminal Investigation Department of the regional Internal Affairs Department, a total of 24 administrative reports were issued in nightclubs. 23 of them were related to unlicensed dancing activities, and the most serious case involved a minor girl.

A report was issued under Article 188, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan for allowing a 7th grade student to dance in a nightclub. This article provides for liability for involving a minor in antisocial activities.

Girl taken into protection

As a result of the investigation, it was determined that the minor girl was left unattended and in a socially dangerous environment. She was placed in the Center for Social and Legal Assistance to Minors under the Khorezm Regional Department of Internal Affairs. There, psychological, legal and social work will be carried out with her.

Social protection and warning

According to the Department of Internal Affairs, such cases are closely related to the upbringing of young people, parental control and the responsibility of society.
