3 people were detained in Denov for using force on a traffic patrol officer

A video has been circulated in the Denov district of Surkhandarya region showing a group of citizens resisting and causing a brawl with road patrol officers. The head of the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office, Hayot Shamsutdinov, announced that a criminal case has been opened in connection with the incident.

In response to a request from "Daryo", the head of the press service of the road safety service, Zoyir Yuldashev, clarified that the officer stopped the Lacetti because the driver violated Article 99 of the traffic rules and did not give way to a car traveling from the opposite lane. When the inspector asked for his documents, the driver resisted the officers with his relatives and did not present them.

A criminal case has been opened under Article 277 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism). Three suspects were detained in the framework of the criminal case. Two of the detainees are women.
