The "For a prosperous family" month has been announced in Uzbekistan

At a briefing held at the AOKA, the head of the Department of the Family and Women's Committee, Mavluda Nizomova, provided information on the work being carried out on the occasion of May 15 - International Family Day:

A commission consisting of 40 representatives of ministries and departments was established in the Family and Women's Committee to consider proposals for awarding the "Ibratli Oila" badge.

Regional commissions, ministries and departments recommended the documents of about 5,500 families for this badge.

The number of applicant families increased by 8.8 times compared to last year. These candidate families were studied by a working group consisting of more than 40 activists and influential experts, and 2,000 families were selected as worthy of the badge.

This year, based on new approaches, ministries and departments were also asked to recommend candidates, and it was decided that 77 families recommended by them would also be awarded this badge.

During the celebrations on the eve of May 15 - International Family Day, these families will be awarded the "Ibratli oila" badge and cash prizes, and an honorary badge will be installed at the entrance of the houses and apartments where they live.

Work will continue to involve 4 million women in mass sports competitions in neighborhoods, the "Let's unite for a healthy family!" sports marathon, "Sports festival" events will be organized.

On May 15, "Family Day" ("OILAFEST") will be organized in recreation parks in all district (city) centers of the republic with the participation of "Ibratli oila" badge holders, harmonious families, and young brides and grooms. Read 'Zamin' on Telegram!
