A minibus and a train collided in Bekabad - the driver survived (video)

A traffic accident in the city of Bekabad, Tashkent region, has attracted public attention. On June 14, at approximately 16:40, an unfortunate incident involving a minibus and a locomotive occurred at a railway intersection passing through Buyuk Ipak Yuli Street. The Road Traffic Safety Department (RTSD) of the regional Internal Affairs Department issued an official statement about this.

According to preliminary information, at an intersection without a barrier, but equipped with traffic lights and road signs, a JAC M3 minibus driven by H.F., born in 2002, collided with a diesel locomotive "TZM2UM" belonging to "Uzmetkombinat" JSC. An important aspect of the incident is that there were no passengers in the minibus, which prevented more serious consequences.

As a result of the collision, both vehicles were technically damaged. But most importantly, it was reported that the driver's health was not harmed. Immediately after the incident, emergency services and traffic safety authorities arrived at the scene and took all necessary measures.

The Traffic Safety Department of the Bekabad City Department of Internal Affairs is currently conducting an investigation. Experts are conducting a special analysis to determine the causes of the incident and prevent similar situations in the future.

This incident once again reminded us of the need to strictly observe safety rules at railway crossings, and for drivers to strictly follow the requirements of road signs and traffic lights. Every life is precious and invaluable, and responsibility is required of everyone.
