On July 11, a near-tragic incident occurred in the Chilanzar district of Tashkent city. Dry grass and tree branches caught fire in the open area in front of building 1 of Chilanzar block 3. The Tashkent City Emergency Department received the report at 18:06.
According to the received information, fire and rescue teams rushed to the scene and arrived at the specified address by 18:13. The fire was completely extinguished by 18:23.
The fire spread very quickly: dry grass, soot-covered branches, and scattered beams were all burned. Most regrettably, the heat from the fire also damaged vehicles. It was reported that the bodies of Spark and Lacetti vehicles were partially burned. Citizens and drivers nearby witnessed the scene firsthand.
As seen in the photo, the aftermath of the fire is heartbreaking. Blackened branches, charred beams spread across the ground, and burned vegetation all indicate that public attention to fire safety remains insufficient.
Fortunately, there were no casualties. But this situation should serve as a serious lesson — dry grass and branches should not accumulate in open areas, and preventive measures must be taken in a timely manner.
