The actions of a Tashkent car dealership director drew public attention and caused serious concern, becoming widely discussed on social media. In the video, the high-ranking manager decided to “test” his employees’ trust by making them stand as a live barrier on the road, then drove a car toward them at speed, stopping abruptly just in front of them.
The recording of the incident spread rapidly: several employees, one after another, stood in the middle of the road, expressing full trust in their manager. The director drove the car at considerable speed and braked sharply in front of an employee. The most dangerous part — during the experiment, one of the employees was even hit by the car.
As soon as documentation about this inappropriate and hazardous experiment surfaced, Tashkent City Road Safety Directorate immediately intervened. The car driven by the director was placed in an impound lot, and he was fined for multiple violations of traffic rules.
The perpetrator himself also commented on video: “We made this video based on requests and suggestions, but honestly, I don’t recommend this to anyone. It was for Instagram hype, to tell the truth,” he admitted, promising not to do it again.
Experts and the public believe that such “trust tests” are actually a dangerous spectacle, contradicting workplace safety requirements and posing a serious threat to human life. Authorities stress the need for strict measures in such cases.
In summary, prioritizing danger and carelessness for hype or social media content is naturally condemned by society. Any trust should, first of all, be measured by a sense of safety and responsibility. This incident in Tashkent once again proves there can be no excuse for such “tests” in real life.
