The demand for qualified professionals in the medical field is growing in Italy, and new opportunities have opened up for nurses from Uzbekistan. According to the Uzbekistan Migration Agency, following negotiations with the Italian government, a recruitment campaign has been announced for nurses to work in prestigious clinics in the city of Milan.
As part of the project, an initial 3-month internship will be held. During this period, candidates will be able to gain practical skills in clinics and adapt to the work process. During the internship, nurses will receive a monthly salary of 1,200–1,500 euros, free accommodation and lunch, as well as Italian language courses. It is noted that the work schedule will be light and the conditions comfortable.
Most notably, upon successful completion of the internship, nurses will be offered a full employment contract with a monthly salary of 1,800–2,200 euros. If the candidate wishes, they will also have the option to return to their previous job.
The requirements are clearly defined: candidates must have higher education in the field of “Advanced Nursing,” at least 3 years of work experience, be between 20 and 45 years old, be in good health, and have no restrictions on traveling abroad.
The required documents for application are: a copy of the passport, diploma, résumé in English according to the prescribed format, and a color photograph taken within the last three months.
The Migration Agency has announced that applications will be accepted until August 15. In the first stage, 10 candidates will be selected.
There is no doubt that this opportunity will be a significant step not only towards earning a high salary but also towards gaining international experience, new knowledge, and skills.
