Officials who took bribes in Kashkadarya and Fergana detained

During an urgent operation conducted in cooperation with the State Security Service and the Department under the Prosecutor General's Office, this official was detained with material evidence while receiving 3.5 thousand US dollars in the administrative building of the Shahrisabz district Emergency Situations Department.

A criminal case has been initiated against him under Articles 168 and 211 of the Criminal Code, and a preventive measure of arrest has been applied. Investigations are underway.

The chief specialist of the Department of Preschool and School Education of the city of Margilan, Fergana region, was detained by officers of the State Security Service and the Department for Combating Economic Crimes while receiving 2 thousand US dollars in exchange for obtaining a permit for a citizen to open a kindergarten on a public-private partnership basis through acquaintances working in the ministry.

A criminal case has been initiated against him under Articles 168 and 211 of the Criminal Code, and investigative measures are being conducted.
