From August 17 to 20 of this year, a delegation led by Klara Masalbekova, head of the Department for the Execution of Court Decisions and Oversight under the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic, visited our country.
The purpose of the visit was to establish bilateral relations between the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau under the General Prosecutor’s Office and the Court Bailiff Service under the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as to discuss priority directions and mutually beneficial cooperation in the progressive development of enforcement services in both states.
A meeting was held at the General Prosecutor's Office between the delegation of the Court Bailiff Service of the Kyrgyz Republic and representatives of the General Prosecutor's Office and the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
During the meeting, the delegation of the Court Bailiff Service of the Kyrgyz Republic was provided with information on the ongoing reforms in the compulsory enforcement system of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Additionally, members of the delegation visited the Yashnabad district branch of the Bureau, where they became closely acquainted with the activities of state bailiffs in the field of enforcement of court decisions, as well as with the digitization processes introduced into the system, advanced practices, and reforms.
The head of the Department for the Execution of Court Decisions and Oversight K. Masalbekova and delegation participants highly appreciated the ongoing reforms in the field of compulsory enforcement and the results achieved through the digitization of processes.
Meetings with the delegation members continued at the Law Enforcement Academy, where institutional changes in the field of education, the history and activities of the academy, achievements in combating cybercrime, and classrooms aimed at developing practical skills of students were closely presented.
In addition, with the participation of representatives of JSC "Center for Organizing Electronic Online Auctions," experience was exchanged regarding advanced reforms carried out in our country for selling property through “E-Auksion” electronic online auctions.
