As a result of practical actions carried out by the Tashkent City Enforcement Bureau, the "Lacetti" car belonging to the debtor Z.M., which caused 61 administrative fines, was found. This case has caused a complicated situation for local authorities and law enforcement agencies.
According to information from the Tashkent City Department of Traffic Police, the debt amounted to 23 million soms, and enforcement decisions were made to recover this amount. These fines were mainly the result of violations, and the debtor was sent notifications and warnings, but he refused to settle the debt.
After that, the Tashkent City Enforcement Bureau decided to search for the "Lacetti" car, which was registered in Namangan, in the Chust district. As a result of the rapid search efforts, the car was found, and the enforcement authority was notified to continue with further actions.
One notable aspect of this case is that it highlights the importance of increasing citizens' responsibility towards administrative requirements and demonstrating firmness in the enforcement of judicial decisions. Government authorities must pay special attention to protecting citizens' rights in their activities.
