New details have been revealed regarding the criminal case related to the activities of Premier Motors Auto LLC, located in Tashkent. It turned out that 32-year-old D.I., who worked as a manager in the company, in many cases gained the trust of citizens and embezzled large sums of money by deceiving them.
According to the indictment reviewed by the Kun.uz editorial office, D.I. united with one of the founders of LLC Sh.R. and some workers into a group and in about 20 cases convinced people with promises that "we will buy or get a car." However, the funds paid were directed to personal needs.
For example, at the "Premier Motors Auto" car dealership in the Sergeli district, D.I., who gained the trust of citizen V.A., promised him that he would buy a Cobalt car for $10,200 and return the money in a short time. However, he sold the car to another person and spent the money for personal gain.
Similar incidents have occurred with several citizens. In particular, a number of cars, such as A.B.'s Malibu (375 million soums), I.M.'s Lixiang L9 ($72,500), A.M.'s BMW I3 ($47,000), U.Kh.'s Cobalt ($13,000), I.Yu.'s Gentra ($12,000), were bought and then transferred to others for money.
In addition, D.I., introducing himself as the head of the LLC, promised citizen S.M. to buy an Equinox and received 44 million soums. In addition, he collected large sums of money from various citizens for cars such as Onix, Malibu, Traverse, and Lixiang L9. However, not all promises were fulfilled, and the money was spent on personal needs.
In some cases, it was even discovered that documents were forged. Forensic examinations showed that the signatures in the contract did not belong to the head of the LLC, but were signed by D.I.
As a result, D.I. was charged under Article 228 (preparation and forgery of documents), as well as under Article 168 (fraud) of the Criminal Code.
Currently, the case has been separated into separate proceedings against the founder of Premier Motors Auto, Sh.R., and the company's employees. The investigation is ongoing.
