On September 9 of this year, a video of a group of young men fighting in the city of Yangiyul, Tashkent region, spread on social networks. The Ministry of Internal Affairs immediately took this incident under control and launched the necessary operational search measures.
It was established that on September 9 at 9:30 p.m., when the 29-year-old man was standing with his classmates in the courtyard of a wedding hall located in the city center, a group of young men, led by a person born in 1997, who was previously acquainted with him, stopped in a car with illegally removed license plates.
After that, disputes and arguments arose between the parties, and the situation turned into a fight. As a result, the 29-year-old citizen received injuries of varying severity as a result of being hit with his hands and feet.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 277, Part 3, Clause "g" of the Criminal Code. During the conducted operational-investigative measures, persons involved in the crime were detained, and a preventive measure of "detention" was applied to them.
Also, a search warrant has been issued for several other individuals born in 2000 in this case, and measures are being taken to detain them.
The internal affairs bodies stated that strict measures will be taken against all participants in this crime within the framework of the law.
