During an operational event conducted jointly by the Shahrixon District Department of the Department under the Prosecutor General's Office and employees of the State Security Service, citizen M.A. was detained while violating the law.
It turned out that he had gained the trust of citizen S.T. and said that he would officially document the land area necessary for starting business and building an additional facility through his acquaintances who supposedly work in the cadastral department. In return, he demanded $32,000 and was caught red-handed while receiving $18,000 of it.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated on this fact under Article 168 (fraud) and Article 28, 211 (bribery) of the Criminal Code, and an investigation is underway.
