Alimony payments are important in ensuring the well-being of children. Therefore, it is the responsibility of state bodies to find individuals who have been evading it for a long time under any circumstances and to take appropriate measures within the framework of the law.
A similar situation was observed in one of the enforcement proceedings conducted in the Urgut district branch of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement. According to the decision of the Taylak Interdistrict Court for Civil Cases, the debtor F.N. was obliged to pay alimony in favor of the claimant L.R. for the material support of his child.
However, it turned out that the debtor father had not paid alimony for a long time. As a result, his debt exceeded 60 million soums. He was also wanted for concealing information and running away in unknown places.
During operational measures carried out by the employees of the department's search department, it was revealed that he was hiding in his house. The debtor was even found hiding in a closet.
After that, it was officially handed over to the state executor, and subsequent execution processes were carried out. This situation once again showed how difficult and, as a result, useless it is to evade alimony payments.
