The regional Department of Internal Affairs reacted to the video that spread on social networks.
The incident, which took place on October 1 at 4:00 PM in the A. Temur neighborhood of Samarkand, spread widely on social media. In it, a mutual disagreement arose between citizen M.I., born in 2002, and a woman he knew while walking.
It is reported that the young man offered the woman to get into the car in order to resolve the dispute, but the woman did not agree, so the citizen tried to force her into the car.
During the investigation, the woman stated that she would not make a claim in this case. In this regard, documents were drawn up against the man on the basis of Article 183 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility (petty hooliganism) and sent to the Samarkand City Criminal Court for a legal decision.
