A serious incident occurred in the Khavas district of the Syrdarya region, which had a negative impact on the local population. In this incident, the son, after drinking alcoholic beverages, drove his father out of the house while intoxicated. According to the information, conflicts between the father and son had occurred before.
It was emphasized in the Zamon program that the young man went to a teahouse with his friends, consumed alcoholic drinks, and returned home in an intoxicated state. Once at home, being alone with his father, he began shouting, insulting him, and drove him out of the house. Later, the father, left alone, turned to local law enforcement authorities.
During the trial, the defendant stated that he had been under the influence of alcohol and thus made a mistake, asking for a lighter sentence. According to him, he became very nervous and could not control himself during the incident. Additionally, the defendant admitted to physically attacking his father and demanded that his needs be considered.
The defendant was found guilty under Article 183 of the Administrative Offenses Code (minor hooliganism). The court sentenced him to 5 days of administrative detention.
It is reported that this incident was confirmed by the local district inspector. The conflicts between the father and son had occurred before, and they could have been resolved earlier. However, since no actions were taken to resolve them, the relationship between the father and son led to this incident.
