According to the court order of the Urganch inter-district civil court, it was determined that the debtor X.S. must pay alimony in the amount of ¼ of his salary and other income for the maintenance of one child in favor of the claimant R.P.
However, as the father neglected his responsibility and did not pay the alimony debts on time, his debt reached 33 million 33 thousand soums.
During enforcement proceedings, his right to leave the country was restricted.
He also ignored the explanatory work and job placement offers provided by state executors.
As a result, since the debtor X.S. had consistently refused to pay alimony, documents collected under Article 47-4 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan were sent to the Yangibozor district criminal court.
After that, the debtor citizen understood his obligation and paid off the total alimony debt.
