According to videos on the network, a teacher named Y.H. punished a 2nd-grade student S.J. (a boy) for wearing a t-shirt to school. The teacher hit the child, as a result of which his shoulder was broken. After this incident, the child's mother appealed to the authorities, but, as stated, did not receive a sufficient response.
The Regional Department of Preschool and School Education issued an official statement regarding this situation. The report notes that the incident is currently under control, and all details are being investigated in cooperation with relevant organizations. "The rights, honor, and dignity of all children are inviolable. This principle has been defined as a permanent priority in the department's activities," the official statement said.
At the same time, the causes of the incident are currently being investigated with the participation of the Boysun district administration, law enforcement agencies, and education system employees. The child's health is under medical supervision, and the family is receiving the necessary medical care.
