According to the information, a 25-year-old woman, who worked as a specialist in one of the banks in the Kamashi district, drew up forged documents on behalf of several citizens. He registered 17 million soums in the name of a person living in the district, 40 million soums at a 32% interest rate in the name of another citizen from Guzar district, 14 million soums in the name of a client living in Dehkanabad district, and 17 million soums in the name of another citizen without knowing about them.

According to the investigation, the accused forged citizens' signatures and transferred loans through the banking system for his own benefit.

According to the court verdict, he was found guilty under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code and sentenced to 1 year and 2 months of restricted freedom.

Recall that the Competition Committee previously put forward a proposal to introduce a requirement to warn clients in advance about the possible consequences when advertising credit products.
