A dangerous road accident occurred in the city of Tashkent yesterday morning. A Lacetti and a Cobalt collided on Bunyodkor Street in the Chilanzar district, resulting in a complete fire. This was reported by the Traffic Safety Department of the city DIA.
According to the information, the accident was recorded on October 21 at 00:10. A fire broke out in the Lacetti after a sharp collision. The fire quickly engulfed the entire cabin.
According to the Emergency Situations Department, fire and rescue teams quickly arrived at the scene at 00:22 and completely extinguished the fire within seven minutes at 00:29.
Fortunately, there were no serious injuries as a result of the incident. However, the Cobalt passenger received emergency medical assistance at the scene.
Currently, all aspects of the incident are being investigated by the employees of the Tashkent City Department of Internal Affairs Traffic Safety Department and the Department of Emergency Situations. The exact cause of the incident - whether it was a driver's error or a technical malfunction - will be determined by expert examination.
This fire-related car accident on a night highway once again reminded drivers in the capital that following safety and speed limits on night roads can save a person's life.
