The incident that occurred in the Chiroqchi District Court for criminal cases became a unique lesson for every father. During the hearing, the cases of three debtor fathers who had not paid alimony for their minor children for a long period—over two months—were reviewed.
Initially, they were given a legal explanation about their rights and obligations established by law, and the measures of responsibility applied if the alimony obligation was not fulfilled. During the court session, the most important truth was emphasized to them: a child's right is sacred.
From that moment on, all three fathers realized their mistake. They decided to reconcile with their families, not to be indifferent to their children's fate, and to take full responsibility for their future happiness.
The families reconciled, and hearts grew closer. In connection with this, the administrative case documents collected against the debtors and the enforcement cases on alimony collection at the Chiroqchi district branch of the Enforcement Bureau were closed.
One cannot postpone a child's dreams and needs. In a family where there is love and responsibility, there is justice and happiness.
