Another illegal structure demolished in Urganch city

An enforcement document concerning the demolition of an illegal building and the restoration of the land to its previous state, according to the order of the Urganch District Interdistrict Civil Court, was received by the Urganch city branch of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau for execution against Z. Udayeva.

Despite several warnings to voluntarily comply with the demands of the enforcement document, the debtor did not demolish the illegal construction.

During the enforcement actions, state enforcers forcibly demolished the illegal building specified in the enforcement paper, and the process was completed under the enforcement document.
